Welcome to DigitalPipe. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DigitalPipe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
DigitalPipe provides a network-level control plane for MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections. Our service enables users to route, monitor, inspect, and control connections between AI agents and MCP servers.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
- Use our service to facilitate illegal activities
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Resell or redistribute our service without permission
- Use automated tools to exceed reasonable usage limits
5. Service Levels
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may vary by plan level. See our Service Level Agreement for Pro and Enterprise customers.
6. Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
DigitalPipe retains all rights to our service, software, and trademarks. You retain rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your MCP connection metadata as confidential. We do not access or use your connection content beyond what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalPipe, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITALPIPE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
